Structure composition and configuration of small water well drilling rig?
1. Hydraulic oil pump: it is double connected type. The large displacement pump provides power for the power head, and the small displacement pump provides power for four outrigger cylinders, landing mast oil cylinders and afterburner / lifting pulley oil cylinders.
2. Four legs: small drilling equipment is composed of hydraulic cylinder and fixed frame. It can adjust the levelness of the machine body at the work site to support and stabilize the body.
3. Mast: it is a frame structure composed of giant steel pipe, channel steel and angle steel, with the inner groove of channel steel on both sides as the power head running up and down to ensure the perpendicularity of drilling. The lifting and landing of drilling mast is completed by hydraulic cylinder.
4. Power head: the mechanism of gear reducer is adopted. There is a mandrel with a large hole in the middle of its low-speed shaft.
