Operation Instructions
The geotome is inserted into the soil to the required depth. After extraction, the ring knife and semi-cylinder are removed, with excess soil scraped from both ends using a scraper. The resulting 50 ml soil sample within the ring cutter is ready for testing.
Applications
This soil sampling tool extracts undisturbed soil samples to analyze their physical and mechanical properties. Essential for engineering geological exploration, it enables comprehensive understanding of foundation layers by obtaining original soil samples from significant depths.
