2. Definition and purpose

3. Working principle
Power system: It generates power through diesel engines, AC or DC motors, etc., providing energy support for various systems of the drilling rig.
Transmission system: The power provided by the power system is transmitted and distributed to various work execution mechanisms of the drilling rig, such as rotation, lifting, and mud circulation, through mechanical transmission, hydraulic transmission, hydraulic transmission, and electric transmission.
Rotary system: composed of a turntable, power head, vertical shaft, water tap, active drill rod, etc., it drives the drill bit to rotate and break the formation rock.
Lifting system: lifting drilling tools during drilling operations, lifting casing during completion operations, and controlling drilling pressure during drilling operations.
Mud circulation system: including mud pump, mud surface manifold, mud pit, mud solid phase control device, and mud preparation device, etc., to maintain the circulation of drilling fluid, remove the rock debris generated by the fragmentation of the formation by the drill bit from the bottom of the well and carry it to the surface, while cooling and lubricating the drill bit and drilling tools.
