Inspection procedures for core drilling rig
I. Routine appearance inspection
(1) Regularly check whether the paint on the surface layer of the drilling rig is loose, mainly whether the operating parts are rusty;
(2) Regularly check whether the reinforcement is loose;
(3) Regularly check the welding position for faulty welding and desoldering.
II. Idle test run
(1) Carry out no-load actual operation of the drilling rig according to the safety operation procedures, and idle for 20 minutes;
(2) Regularly check whether the operation of the hydraulic transmission system is OK, whether the hydraulic seals, oil pipes and connectors have oil leakage, whether the temperature is OK, and whether the vacuum pressure gauge is OK;
(3) Regularly check whether the reinforcement is loose and whether various practical operations are sensitive and reliable.
