BW-160 mud pump is a portable mud pump. The pump is a horizontal three-cylinder reciprocating single-acting piston pump with four flows and four pressures. The flow and pressure vary widely. The pump has the characteristics of small volume, light weight, long service life, simple operation, flexibility and reliability, and many general and standard parts, which are light and flexible, and easy to move. It can be used for geological exploration and engineering exploration in railway, water, metallurgy, construction, geology and other industries with hole depth less than 1000m
Why is the water well drilling rig not suitable for use in rainy days?
After the well is completed, it is necessary to pump water to check the results. Under normal circumstances, a large draw down pumping can be done. The stable duration of the water level shall not be less than eight hours, and the water flow of the dynamic water level of the well shall be measured at the same time. The well drilling project shall ensure the smooth drainage of the construction site, so the rainy season shall be avoided. When working while excavating, the excavation slope shall be determined according to the physical and mechanical properties of the soil layer, generally 1:1.5, and there shall be a certain distance from the toe of the spoil slope to the upper opening of the excavation. For large wells with water inflow from the shaft wall, the water inlet hole and inverted filter layer of the shaft wall must be arranged according to the design requirements, and the water inlet hole shall be prevented from being blocked during construction. The filter material enclosure at the aquifer shall meet the requirements, the backfill shall have a certain super elevation, and the frozen soil in the backfill in winter shall not exceed 15%.
