Product Description
The 73mm DZ240 Core Barrel is a specialized drilling component designed for core drilling operations. This core tube attaches to the top of the drill bit to securely hold and protect the core sample while serving as a guide tool during drilling operations.
A standard core tube consists of a seamless steel tube with wire connections at both ends, featuring a diameter slightly smaller (2-4mm) than the drill bit. Single core pipes typically measure 3-45 meters in length. For enhanced stability and to prevent drilling hole bending, multiple core pipes can be connected to form longer, thicker diameter drilling tools.

Note: New drill tubes should be properly prepared before use:
- Apply thread oil before initial connection
- Perform make up and break operations at least 3 times before drilling
- Special requirements (hard bending, plastic coating) can be customized
