Crawler Mounted Drill Rig application:
Industrial and civil buildings, as well as highway, railway, bridge foundation, dam site, water conservancy, water well, prospecting and other site geological survey work. According to the different strata, diamond, cemented carbide, screw and other bits can be selected for drilling.
The rig has the following characteristics
1. A reasonable range of rotation speed is selected. The rotation speed is divided into eight stages, with centralized speed change and mutual self-locking. It is suitable for drilling rig sampling and pile hole construction.
2. The rig has two reverse speeds, which is convenient to handle faults safely.
3. The rotary chuck adopts the manual ball chuck, which is reliable in clamping, does not damage the active drill pipe, and can reverse the rod without stopping.
4. Oil pressure feeding, easy operation, high drilling efficiency and low labor intensity.
5. The control handle is less, the layout is reasonable, and the operation is flexible and reliable.
6. The double disc normally closed friction clutch is adopted, which is flexible in opening and closing, and easy to adjust and use. Equipped with fore-and-aft moving oil cylinder, the rotator moves 465mm backward, which brings a lot of convenience to the following drilling tools.
7. The drilling rig is light in weight, compact in structure and convenient in assembly and disassembly. It is suitable for drilling in hilly or mountainous areas.
