This crawler chassis assembly is ideal for special applications including military parades, tanks, and armored vehicles. The rubber track system offers ground protection, low noise and vibration, comfortable operation, and excellent all-terrain performance. The reliable monitoring system ensures proper operation and safety.
Average service life is approximately 2000 hours, varying with operating conditions. Harsh environments (rocky or abrasive surfaces) may reduce lifespan by half, while favorable conditions can double it. Regular maintenance checks of track condition and oil levels are essential.
1. Avoid sharp turns on concrete or hard surfaces to prevent track core wear and belt twisting.
2. Cross ridges at low speed perpendicularly; use springboards for ridges over 10cm to prevent track damage.
3. Minimize prolonged operation and sharp turns on gravel to reduce accelerated wear.
4. Avoid working in muddy fields to prevent slippage and debris accumulation.
5. Immediately stop and remove any foreign objects between track and underframe.
6. Clean tracks thoroughly after exposure to chemicals or beach environments.
