During the operation and adjustment of the mud pump, attention should be paid: adjusting the overflow valve can adjust the oil pressure, which can adjust the mud pressure. The adjusted overflow valve should be backed with a locking nut, and there is no need to adjust the overflow valve every time it is started or stopped in the future. Explanation: For quantitative pumps, they should be started at low load. If two pumps are used alternately, they can be stopped first and then started without adjusting the overflow valve; Adjust the position of the two impact wheels on the rack adjustment plate to adjust the plunger stroke; When the plunger 20 and sealing ring 19 are worn and leak slurry, tighten the pressure ring 18 appropriately until there is no slurry leakage. When the pressure ring still leaks slurry when it comes into contact with the packing box, a gasket can be added to the upper end of the sealing ring. To ensure that the sealing ring is concentric with the plunger, the upper end face of the pressure ring should strive to be parallel to the upper end face of the packing box 10, and the unevenness should not exceed 0.5mm; Adjustment when using variable displacement pump and filter press: The operation method is the same as operation adjustment. 1. When leaving the factory, the slurry pressure of the pump is set to 2.0 MPa. If the required slurry pressure is lower than 2.0 and 2.0 MPa, adjust the overflow valve counterclockwise to slow down the plunger operation and change the slurry pressure to reach the desired value.
