Product Description
The slurry pump is a horizontal triplex single acting reciprocating piston pump, which has two
bore and fourth gear speed. Displacement and hole depth can be adjusted according to the
application, the deepest can be adjusted to the application,the deepest can be used with 1500
meters drilling rig,it also can be used cement perfusion.

Scope of use of mud pump

How to avoid contamination of hydraulic system of water well drilling rig?
As the working medium of hydraulic system, hydraulic oil plays the role of power, lubrication and heat dissipation. Therefore, the hydraulic oil is directly related to the normal operation of the hydraulic system of the drilling platform. In the hydraulic system, most faults are caused by dirty hydraulic oil. Therefore, in the research, development, design, manufacture and use of hydraulic system, the pollution of hydraulic oil in the system should be actively controlled. So, how to avoid the pollution of the hydraulic system of the drilling platform and avoid the pollution of the hydraulic system of the drilling platform, we need to pay attention to the following points: (1) try to select hydraulic accessories and components with low pollution sensitivity. (2) Correctly select and reasonably arrange the oil filter device of the system to make the filtration efficiency, filtration accuracy and pollution capacity of the system meet the design requirements, and ensure that the system has sufficient pollution degree, steady-state cycle and pollution self purification capacity. (3) In the system structure design, reduce and eliminate pollution sources as much as possible (that is, reduce the pollution generation rate) to reduce the intrusion pollution when the system works. If the design of isolated oil tank and closed system is adopted, reliable anti pollution measures shall be taken for the oil drainage and exhaust device to avoid dead corners and blind ends of the pipeline
