ST 180 Crawler Mounted Drilling Rig Features

ST 180 Crawler Mounted Drilling Rig Operation Attentions

 

When the drill bit touches the hard soil layer and the drilling speed is slow, it can be pressurized with the pressure rod to speed up. If the drill pipe is skewed, it can be adjusted with the hook on the pressure rod. A mud pit with width of 2m, length of 3M and depth of 1m shall be excavated around 5m away from the drilling machine for slurry mixing when the drilling machine drills into the sand layer. When docking the drill pipe, the throttle of the diesel engine shall be small, and the drill pipe shall not swing left and right as far as possible to avoid premature damage of the drill pipe thread. Close the valve under the rotary table and engage the reverse gear to retract the lever.
