Inspection Items

1. Check the consolidation of wire rope end;

The inspection contents of the steel wire rope are: the number of safety coils of the steel wire rope, the selection, installation and lubrication of the steel wire rope, the defect inspection of the steel wire rope, such as the diameter and wear of the steel wire rope, the number of broken wires of the steel wire rope, etc;

2. Check the pulley system of the drilling rig at any time, mainly including the condition of the pulley body and the anti rope skipping device of the transition pulley;

3. Inspect the traveling system of the drilling rig at any time. The main inspection items are: pipe walking of the pile driver, conditions of the clamping plate and hook pipe system, sleeper laying, etc;

3, Make maintenance records of the drilling rig, and make detailed records of the replaced spare parts to ensure that the spare parts are used within the validity period, or master the time of the next replacement at any time;
