Operation Guidelines
- Fill suction pipe, bottom valve, and pump body with water before starting
- Perform two piston reciprocations before starting with no load
- Regularly test mud sand content (should not exceed 10%)
- Operate at different speeds for at least 30 minutes per shift
- Never change speed during operation - stop pump for shifting
- Stop immediately for any abnormal noise, pressure changes, or temperature rise
- Follow proper shutdown procedures including draining all mud and sand
- Clean thoroughly and apply anti-rust measures for long-term storage
