Portable BW 320 Triplex Drilling Mud Pump For Water Well Drilling Works

The BW 320 slurry pump features two cylinders with different diameters and four gear shifts. With adjustable output and drilling depth, it can be used for grouting cement slurry or paired with 1500m drilling machines. This diesel-powered pump is primarily designed for flushing fluid drilling operations using mud or clear water.

The BW 320 mud pump is suitable for transporting high-viscosity fluids and media containing hard suspended particles or fibers, handling conditions other pump types cannot accommodate.

• Fill suction pipe, bottom valve and pump body with water before starting
• Fill the upper end of pressure gauge buffer with oil
• Reciprocate piston twice before starting and begin with no load

• Test mud sand content frequently (must not exceed 10%)
• Operate at different speeds for at least 30 minutes per shift
• Never change speed during operation - stop pump for shifting
• Stop immediately for inspection if abnormal noise, pressure or temperature occurs

• Stop pump at no load under normal conditions
• For long-term shutdown: open all drain holes, loosen cylinder head, lift drain rod
• Drain all mud and sand from pump body and pipelines
• Clean components and apply anti-rust measures for extended storage
