Our Rubber Track are prepared with natural rubber. It possesses very good properties of wear resistance, tear resistance and non-disintegration etc. The adhesion between the rubber and the steel frame is very strong, the replacement is convenient an the service life is long,it is suitable for various vehicle like excavator,pavers,bitumen transportation trucks etc.

• Crawler has strong carrying capacity, can withstand 2.5 tons of weight, large climbing capacity, simple operation and high drilling efficiency.
• The four feet of the crawler chassis are hydraulic feet, and each foot is controlled separately, so that the entire crawler platform can be stably fixed on the ground.
• Crawler platforms and drilling rigs are welded with square tubes. The design structure has high strength and good rigidity, and can be used for drilling rigs below 300 meters.
• Crawler drilling rigs can be loaded with north exploration, long exploration, balance exploration, wide exploration and heavy exploration drilling rigs. Crawler tower can be customized according to the customer's drilling rigs.

• The operating temperature of rubber track is generally -25° to +55°.
• The salt of chemicals, engine oil and sea water will accelerate the aging of the track. Clean the track after use in such an environment.
• The road surface with sharp bumps (such as steel bars, sharp stones, etc.) will cause damage to the rubber track. Try to avoid these sharp bumps.
• After the drilling is completed, the tower shall be put away to avoid personal injury. It is not allowed to walk without putting the tower away for convenience.
