1. When using a new drill pipe for the first time, the protective grease on the thread of the drill pipe should be wiped clean, and the inner wall of the drill pipe should be cleaned with air or water. Then, thread oil should be applied to the inner and outer threads of the drill pipe to prevent damage to the thread or sticking.
2. When drilling, it is important to ensure that the borehole is vertical as much as possible to avoid premature wear of the drill pipe due to drilling deviation or bending.
3. The starting rod should be connected between the impactor and the first drill pipe, otherwise it may cause premature damage to the first drill pipe.
4. Every time connecting the drill pipe, be sure to apply thread oil to the drill pipe thread and tighten the drill pipe; Not tightening, loose thread connection, causing the threads to grind against each other and the tooth tips to become pointed, resulting in thread damage or sticking phenomenon; Not tightening, the female buckle step is not tightened, resulting in air leakage, and in severe cases, fatigue fracture at the root of the male joint thread.
5. When connecting the drill pipe, the male buckle should not collide with the shoulder and thread of the female buckle, and ensure that the male and female joints are aligned. If they are not aligned, they cannot be forcibly fastened. Ensure the coaxiality between the main shaft of the drilling rig power head and the connecting drill pipe.
