2. The coupling of the drilling rig is heating up, and the elastic ring is excessively worn; The reason is that the coaxiality of the power machine and clutch assembly of the drilling rig is poor, and it is necessary to improve the coaxiality of the assembly;
3. If the hydraulic system oil temperature is too high, the oil in the tank is too low, or the oil pump is damaged, it is necessary to refuel or repair the oil pump; Reasonably select the working pump and recommend the working pressure according to the instructions;
4. The hydraulic system pressure of the drilling rig is insufficient, and the fatigue of the pressure regulating valve requires adjusting the limit nut or replacing the spring; If the pressure regulating valve seat cone is damaged or stuck, the pressure regulating valve sleeve should be disassembled for maintenance;
5. The main reason for the slipping of the hoist brake of the drilling rig is the presence of oil stains on the inner surface of the brake belt, which needs to be cleaned; If there is no oil contamination in the brake of the drilling rig, check the gap between the brake band and the brake wheel. If it is too loose, adjust it appropriately;
6. The main reason for the slipping of the drilling rig clutch is excessive wear or breakage of the friction plate, or aging or breakage of the compression spring. The drilling rig friction plate should be inspected and repaired;
7. After starting the drilling oil pump, if there is no oil or insufficient oil level, first check whether the oil level in the oil tank is insufficient or there is no oil. If the oil level line fault is still not eliminated, check whether the filter is blocked. In addition, check whether the oil tank vent is blocked or whether the suction pipe joint is loose for air intake.
