Several aspects needing attention in the process of preparation and use:
1. Before underground construction and installation of water well drilling rig, please clean the drilling site and maintain sufficient building space and good ventilation. There shall be long enough water source, power supply and water supply hose.
2. The main function of water well drilling rig column is to support and fix the drilling rig. After selecting the drilling position, first support the chromatographic column, support the top plate assembly of the chromatographic column on the top of the tunnel, adjust the screw to support it, and then tighten the nut to lock and fix the chromatographic column.
3. Fix the frame to the column according to the height and inclination of the hole. By adjusting the bolts, the frame can be installed to the appropriate height and the frame can be adjusted to the appropriate tilt angle.
4. Turn on the power and check whether the direction of the spindle is consistent with the direction of the arrow on the gearbox. Then rotate the hand wheel to neutral, run it for 5 minutes under no load, and then rotate the hand wheel to the forward position, and the main engine shall move forward no less than three times. The drilling rig shall have no abnormal sound and move flexibly on the frame.
5. Install the drill pipe and drill bit of the well drilling rig, connect the water source and power supply, and align the hole. When opening the hole, first rotate the hand wheel slowly forward, gently connect the clutch, and then tighten the clutch when the drill bit body is fully drilled into the hole, but the force shall not be too large. When drilling to the required depth, please quickly turn the hand wheel in the opposite direction to stop the progress. Then tighten the hand wheel backward and the main engine will retract quickly. When the drill bit completely exits the hole, it will stop again. Otherwise, the drill bit and parts will be damaged. At this time, the handwheel will rotate to the neutral position.
How to maintain well drilling rig
Pay attention to check the lubricating oil of the wind motor at any time, and check whether the bolts and nuts of the water and gas pipeline and various accessories of the drilling rig are firm at any time. When the working face is immersed in water, use a large-diameter drill bit to insert the drill pipe when opening the hole, so that the drill pipe is 1-2m above the water surface, so as to prevent mud and rock slag from falling into the hole, During the drilling operation, the water well drilling rig is not allowed to reverse to prevent the drill pipe from falling into the hole. When the water well drilling rig stops working in a short time, a small amount of air pressure shall be given to prevent sediment from immersing into the impactor of the drilling rig. If the drilling rig stops working for a long time, the sound of the impactor and the operation of the reducer shall be checked. If abnormal sounds and phenomena are found, it shall be shut down immediately and checked in time.
