GK 200 Engineering Drilling Rig Advantages
Core Tube Installation
Buckle the lifter into the groove of the variable diameter joint, move the right handle of the winch to take the pad fork, take out the perforated pipe, install the core tube, lift the drilling tool to the top of the borehole, move the left handle of the winch continuously, and lower the drilling tool into the borehole at a uniform speed. When the groove of the variable diameter joint is close to the inlet, use the pad fork to block and remove the lifter.
Drilling Method Of Pebble Layer
1 conventional drilling methods and characteristics
At present, conventional drilling methods such as diamond drilling, clean water flushing, pipe reaming and mud circulation are generally used, while rotary drilling, dry drilling, pipe following, percussion, steel wire drill and other coring methods are used for core mining.
The disadvantages of these methods in drilling pebble layer are large drilling load, many accidents in the hole, low drilling efficiency and poor coring quality.
2. Drilling method and characteristics of diamond drilling tool combined with vegetable glue washing fluid
In order to meet the requirements of drilling in various hard and fragile formations, a series of single acting double barrel diamond drilling tools combined with vegetable gum washing fluid have been specially developed. It is also a relatively advanced method of drilling progressive cores in such formations at present. This method is a drilling process using vegetable gum as washing fluid and diamond as drilling tool.
The main characteristics of this process are small rotary resistance, high drilling efficiency, good coring quality, and strong ability to discharge sand and carry rock powder.
